The farm is designed to house a professional horse operation featuring 3 barns that offer 20 stalls. There are18 horse paddocks, some with run-in sheds, all set on 45 beautiful acres with double road frontage on Mannington-Yorktown and on Robbins Road.

Split between 1 acre for the house, 14 acres for horse facility (fields/barns/riding arenas), 10- acre hayfield, 3.5 acres exiting on to Robbins Road and 16.5 woodlands with trails. All farm assessed except for the 1 acre for the home.

Barn 1:

Barn #1 has NINE 12’ x 12’ stalls with mats and French drains, feed room, heated wash stall, insulated heated tack room, toilet, sink, hot water, individual fans on each stall, double buckets and water faucets on each stall, hay loft for 400 bales.

Barn 2:

Outdoor Riding Arena:

The Apartment/Studio:
