As you enter the farm down the long driveway, you’ll pass the guest cottage which offers one bedroom and one bath.

Neatly fenced paddocks surround the entire property. All of the 13 large paddocks have shelters, running water, electricity, hay huts and LUSH GREEN GRASS! The 8 smaller private turnout paddocks have water, electricity, hay racks and plenty of grass.

No matter what the weather is, you can ride every day in the 75’x 192’ INDOOR RIDING ARENA which has been extremely well thought out and has 2 CUSTOM BUILT VIEWING ROOMS, 3 tack rooms, Feed Room, a powder room, a wash stall and 12 Stalls.

The viewing room on the first floor has shiplap walls and ceilings, a built-in bar and a full view of the riding arena. 

The second floor viewing room has shiplap walls and a fireplace with stove insert. The tack rooms have shiplap walls and lockers to keep everything organized.

 

Big Barn

The Big Barn has 16 stalls, with three new wash stalls in the front, plus two tack rooms, feed room and silo.

For the Dressage or Eventing enthusiasts, there is a full sized outdoor DRESSAGE ARENA with mirrors.  For the Hunter/Jumpers there is a huge HUNTER/JUMPER ARENA WITH STADIUM LIGHTING, AND A JUDGES STAND.

Your guests will enjoy the cool shade under the PERGOLA which has a perfect view of the Jump Arena.

Hosting horse shows is ideal on this property.

There’s plenty of parking for your competitors and their rigs.  There is a CONCESSION STAND which has a grill, fryer, prep station refrigerator, warming lights and more, for serving up delicious meals to the show guests and creating additional income during your horse shows!* (*You would have to get your own permits from the township for selling food with the concession stand but the stand is fully equipped for it.)

Additional Buildings:

 There is a large pole barn behind the indoor arena for storing your hay, saw dust and farm equipment.  There’s a mower barn, and multiple equipment barns/sheds on the property. Farm equipment is not included in the sale of the property but it is for sale. There is also a 4 bay detached garage for you to keep your vehicles, or anything you desire out of the elements.
