Sold a home in June 2020
I’m not sure that there are enough positive and wonderful things that I can say about Nancy Kowalik and her real estate group. Dating back to the end of 2019, me and my wife decided that shortly into 2020 we would attempt to put our house up for sale and see if we would have success selling, but we weren’t really sure who we wanted to go with. We had received flyers and ads in the mail for Nancy and her group and I had started to see her advertised on television as well. As it turns it, it was fate and a match made in heaven for us. From our first meeting with Nancy and Noreen Weatherstone, we knew that came to the right place. The professionalism, the knowledge and the experience was quite honestly above and beyond anything we experienced before when we previously purchased our home at 666 Bridgeton Pike. Our realtor then just felt like he was there doing a job. From our very first meeting, Nancy and Noreen treated us like family. They never treated us like we were just another job or just another sale for them, and they’d move on to the next job.
If any prospecitve buyers or sellers work with Noreen, you will not be disappointed. We were so lucky to have her as our primary realtor through both our selling and buying experience. If you were to look up the word realtor in the dictionary, you’d find Noreen. She was expectional in every aspect and every detail Her knowledge and undestanding and her communication with us with first class all the way from start to finish. Everything that Noreen asked of us, we did and everything we asked of her, she never hesitated to do. By the end of this process, we really felt like we knew Noreen for 20 years, and she felt like family more and more each day.
If anyone is either looking to buy a home or sell their home, quite honestly you’re wasting your time if you’re not using Nancy Kowalik and her real estate group. They are head and shoulders above the rest. Using Nancy Kowalik was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!
