As we roll over into the New Year, the “Resolutions” start. You will hear friends say, “I’m going to go to the gym every day,” or “I’m going to lose weight,” and “I’m going to go on a diet.” While those are all admirable goals, truthfully, how many of us make resolutions that we have struggled to keep and we make the same ones every year, often disappointing ourselves over and over?
