Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Mount Royal, NJ.
Back in the summer of 2016, I contracted with Nancy Kowalik and her Team to sell my 9 Balmy Court home in Mount Royal and to purchase another home at the same time, a daunting task. At the time, there were several properties on sale in my community, many of them were on sales for a long time, and as far as I know, some of them still are. Nancy explained the selling process in a way that was very easy to understand and helped us setup the right selling price. Days after the contract was signed, she sent a professional photographer to my home who took videos of my property, as well as, an aerial video of my property and the community using a drone…pretty cool. There were several showings that were scheduled and that thanks to the flexibility of the Kowalik Team were less annoying (don’t like strangers showing to my door).
In the meantime, Angela Hess, the most patient, flexible, professional, hardworking and honest real estate agent I have ever met (I have sold and bought four homes in the past 12 years) showed me and my wife dozens of properties. Our home was under contract to sell less than 45 days after the contract was signed… As a matter of fact, we had to push the closing and still had to live in a hotel for two weeks. Finally, Angela (our angel) showed us the house that today is our home. She worked with us to get permits from the township, the other selling agent was incompetent, thus, Angela basically did his job.
