Long before we were ready to sell our home, we had Nancy do a walk through and listened to her recommendations. Painting and simple cosmetic updates we understood, but we did not fully understand to need to stage our home. But we took her advice and got it all done. Did it work? Once the house was listed, we had a continuous flow of showings. We became pros at loading up 4 dogs at a moment’s notice and disappearing for a few hours. Always keeping the house perpetually ready.
