Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group was founded by Nancy Kowalik in 2012. Kowalik started the team out of her Main Street home office. From there, the rest is history.
Planted At 46 N Main Street With The Room To Grow
The growth of the business was fast and furious. By 2015, Kowalik and her team needed to expand their office space, so she purchased a more commodious location, 46 N Main St, the former King’s Row Antiques. This building was originally the Union Store Company, built in the late 1860s and was the first General Store in the County for many years. Fast forward to 2015, Kowalik did a complete interior renovation of the building to house the fabulous office space, combining modern and rustic elements.
